Eastside Heritage Center

The Eastside Heritage Center's mission is to steward Eastside history by actively collecting, preserving, and interpreting documents and artifacts and by promoting public involvement in and appreciation of this heritage through educational programming and community outreach.

The images selected and scanned for this Web site come from the collections of the former Marymoor Museum and former Bellevue Historical Society. This visual history of the people, activities, commerce, and industries east of Lake Washington from the 1880s to the present concentrates on Redmond, Bellevue, and Kirkland areas, and their development over time.
