Taqueria Rodriquez, a family owned and operated restaurant, is a community hub in the town of Forks. The owners, Cipriano and Delia, have lived in Forks for 10 years. Their son recently returned from U.S. military service in Iraq. more »

At the end of her interview, Elena Velasquez recited the words to a song her mother used to sing to her as a child every night before she went to sleep. She continues the tradition by singing the song to her children. more »



Lizbeth is a High School student originally from Michoacan, Mexico. She came to the United States when she was 6 years old. For the Community Museum contest, she submitted several poems about her memories from childhood. more »
