- CityStream Splash Back: Alaska Yukon Pacific Exposition
- 2/5/2009: Seattle in the early 20th century was a city in flux -- the pioneer settlement of the 1800s was being quickly surpassed by a new and modern community, with scores of new buildings and thousands of new residents. One of the biggest events of that era was the Alaska Yukon Pacific Exposition, a festival held on the UW campus back in 1909. Here's CityStream reporter Feliks Banel with the story at http://www.seattlechannel.org/misc-video?videoid=x63653
