NotesPhotographs of the Skagit River Hydroelectric Project constructed between 1918-1961.

These photographs were taken to Historic American Engineering Record (HAER) standards as part of the Federal Energy and Regulatory Commission's re-licensing of the Skagit River Project, 1987-1989.

Ross Dam and powerhouse were originally called Ruby and were re-named after J.D. Ross in 1939. The dam and powerhouse were built between 1937 and 1952.
