NotesCreator name taken from note attached to the poster, which reads, "Sally Soriano tells me that she thinks the WTO-octopus drawing on the red plasticized paper was done by Roger Dandis, a cartoonist in the Bay Area, who also (she thinks) did a cartoon used for the WTO 'Haunted House' flyer, which also ran as a back-page ad in Z Magazine. Moreover, she mentioned another illustration of 'Meet the new boss: IMF/WTO/World Bank, ' these awful looking things with teeth. Jeremy [Simer]."
