Qui Si Sana Sanatorium and Biological Institution, Great Pavilion dining room, 1913
Qui Si Sana Sanatorium and Biological Institution, Great Pavilion dining room, 1913
TitleQui Si Sana Sanatorium and Biological Institution, Great Pavilion dining room, 1913
PhotographerPierson & Co.
Date1913
NotesCaption in album: The Dining Room. The dining room occupies one end of the great pavilion. The pained panels on the walls here are deceptive - they seem to be pictures of the forest without seen through the windows. As mentioned before, these paintings appear in panels all around the pavilion walls, each panel typifying some feature of life. The dining room can be separated from the pavilion by heavy curtains which are of the finest French manufacture, and which hang from a heavy brass rod attached to one of the ceiling beams.
