TitleQui Si Sana Sanatorium and Biological Institution showing interior of kitchen and cooks, 1913
PhotographerPierson & Co.
Date1913
NotesCaption in album: The Kitchen. The kitchen building is at the back of the great pavilion, and there is a space of some fifteen feet between the two buildings. An archway connects kitchen and pavilion with a walk. The kitchen is most thoroughly and modernly equipped, and there is no delicacy of the culinary art that cannot be made to perfection here. The laundry is at the rear of the kitchen, and is also fully equipped. A cold storage adjoins the kitchen.
