DescriptionKIL-01-1 (M) - Early-mid Roman fine handle. Very fine-grained fabric with tiny white inclusions. Fragmentary handle, grooved on exterior. Slipped on interior and exterior. Slip is about 2.5YR 6/8, poorly preserved on both surfaces. Core: 7.5YR 7/8. margins: 5YR 6/8. Exterior color: 5YR 6/6. Found in trench above water pump (Transect 4). KIL-01-2 (L) - Roman plain ware flagon (?) handle. Some quartz and other white inclusions, possible limestone. Also dark inclusions, dark core margins. Fragmentary strap handle, lightly ribbed in exterior surface. Fresh fracture color: 2.5YR 5/6. Exterior color: 5YR 5/6. Found on lower terraces near water pump (Transect 1) KIL-01-3 (R) - Roman plain ware bowl rim. Quartz inclusions, some grey inclusions, perhaps quartz. Some grog, grey pellets. Thickened, rounded rim, lightly ribbed body on exterior. Fresh fracture color: 5YR 6/8. Exterior color: 2.5YR 6/8. Found on lower terrace near water pump (Transect 1)
