NotesBronze plaque unveiled in August of 1954 as a memorial to Arthur Jessett who lost his life in a climbing accident on Mt. St. Helens on May 18, 1952. Inscribed on the plaque is a reminder to all climbers to carry proper equipment and take all safety precautions.
