Contextual NotesKate Phar was one of many Junior members of the IWW who provided entertaiment during a weekly show at the Seattle IWW hall. The shows included young musicians, singers, actors and comedians who performed around the theme of class struggle. Kate was a popular IWW songbird, who both participated in and directed the shows.
