NotesHandwritten on verso: Seattle Harbor looking north from Oregon Rwy & Nav. Co. dock. Ship at dock is SS Mexico, built in 1882 and lost 8/4/97. Blt for Oregon Rwy & Nav. Co, sold to Oregon Improvement Co. 1888. Ship backing out appears to be SS Olympian brought to Sound in 1884 and withdrawn 1886, returning in 1887. Photo probably taken in the 1884-86 period.
