|Historical Notes||Frank H. Nowell was a photographer in Seattle, Washington between 1908-1925 and also worked in Nome, Alaska between 1905-1912. The Mount Baker Park area was one of Seattle's earliest planned residential communities and made an attempt to integrate the landscape into its design. The Charles P. Dose family was instrumental in the neighborhood's development with Mrs. Charles C. Dose being one of the founding members of the Mount Baker Park Improvement Club. |
