The Century 21 Exposition took place between April 21 and October 21, 1962 and is also known as the Seattle World's Fair.
Also known as the World of Science and now known as the Pacific Science Center.
"The [World of Science] is housed in the six-acre, six-unit Science Pavilion in the southwest corner of the fairgrounds. In the middle of the complex is a court of fountains and pools bridged by raised platforms leading to the buildings. Open arches rising over the court establish its space gothic architectural theme and serve as a distinctive landmark." (Century 21 Exposition. (1962). Official Guide Book, Seattle World's Fair 1962. Seattle: Acme Publications. p. 8)
