| Photographer | Unknown |
| Date | 1962 |
| Notes | The Century 21 Exposition took place between April 21 and October 21, 1962 and is also known as the Seattle World's Fair.
"Surrounded by the Boulevards of the World, the International Fountain is an imaginative breakthrough in the artistic and decorative use of water. It is the product of an international competition won by two Tokyo architects. In the center of a great concrete saucer is a tiled dome, from which protrude nozzles of various sizes. The water is controlled in patterns of differing shapes, while colored lights play on it." (Century 21 Exposition. (1962). Official Guide Book, Seattle World's Fair 1962. Seattle: Acme Publications. p. 130)
