On verso of image: This building, designed by A. H. Albertson, architect, was built by popular subscription for the Cornish School and was opened in July 1921. The Cornish School is recognized as the foremost school of the arts west of Chicago. It has a faculty of 50 instructors in drama, music and danceing. Students are regestered from all parts of this country and Canada. The total enrollment is about 1200.
