Calls for: "You can join other high school students on the U of W campus in this nationwide observation of the slayings, and build the second punch in the attack on the warmakers this spring... Honor the dead - Bring home the living!"

Note on date: The U.S. invasion of Cambodia and the Kent and Jackson State slayings occurred in 1970.
