| Notes | Caption beneath photograph: Enlarged photo of house built at 1519 First Avenue by Charles McDonald in 1869, and occupied continuously forty years by J.H. Hall, C.B. Shatluck, T.W. Prosch and other families and people. It was one of the fine houses of the town, and brought the highest rent--$25. On the verandeh [sic] are Mrs. Charles Prosch, Mrs. Thomas W. Prosch, and Master Arthur M. Prosch. Date, 1883.
