| Contextual Notes | Milton Loryea was first active in San Francisco in the 1880's. He partnered with John W. Macaulay in San Jose, California before working with his brother Archibold Loryea between 1886-1890. He began photographing in Spokane, Washington in 1893 and continued working there till 1914. |
