| Title | Harry Ault letter to Seattle Central Labor Council regarding allegations made against him as editor of the Seattle Union Record, March 30, 1921 |
| Author | Ault, Erwin Bratton (1883-1965) |
| Date of Publication | 1921 |
| Notes | This letter was sent by Harry Ault, editor of the Seattle Union Record, to the Union Record's owners, the Central Labor Council of Seattle and Vicinity, on March 30, 1921. In it, Ault defends himself against charges made by the Council's investigative committee, which had issued a report earlier that month condemning Ault's involvement with private enterprise. He notes the steps he's taken to respond to that report, and insists that he has done no wrong. A stamp on this copy of the letter indicates that it was received by the Seattle Central Labor Council on March 30, and that it was "Considered in conjunction with the resolution." |
