Transcriptionsyou to veto the bill yet from what I can learn they are passive and appear to have been influenced wholly by the local current of events
I hope you will not be influenced to unfavorable action in this important matter by a school of trained politicians who entertain no friendship towards the wise and patriotic administration which you have the high honor to represent in our territorial government
