NotesCurtis requests two shipments of beef: 90 to 100 pounds to be sent from Tacoma to Fairfax on July 19 and another 200 pounds to be sent on July 24. He requests that the meat be "packed in burlap to protect it from flies when it is being packed into the mountains."
