NotesInformal newsletter created by Filipino cannery workers in Chomly, Alaska. This special issue is entitled "Natural Rights in Danger" which is an essay on inalienable rights of Filipinos in Chomly and how these rights have been curtailed due to the "missing girls" affair. The article describes the new segregation policy plus the prohibition of order of contact between cannery workers and the native Alaskan girls.
