Quote from document: To remove the first foreman there who held the job for some years and every year maintains the same low standard of meal conditions. To dispatch real new crew there next year (1938) to replace fear stricken brothers that if they insist on their rights would be kicked off their jobs so as to avoid switching of men from their respective jobs during canning season.... Foreman should be of the workers, union should appoint the delegates.
