NotesSlide shows the helicopter and Diane Demers, who was actually my computer programmer and we let her accompany us. She is wearing a flight suit provided by the US Geological Survey to prevent us from getting too dirty inside the crater. She is carrying some sampling gear from the helicopter that just brought her in over the area where we were doing some sampling, right near the bottom of the active dome at that time.
