| Notes | Boys and girls ate their meals at separate tables in the dining room. Students prepared and served the meals and cleaned up afterwards. Even mealtimes had a strict military atmosphere; the students marched into the dining room and stood at their places until a signal was given to sit down.

Photographer Ferd Brady had a studio in Marysville, Washington from 1907 to 1910, then moved to Everett, and finally settled in Anacortes in the 1920s. In the 1910s, he had a government contract to photograph the people and activities at the Tulalip Indian School, near Marysville. Brady closed his Everett studio in 1952 and died in 1967.
