NotesEight men, two boys and a girl pose outside. The men and one of the boys are in ceremonial dress; the girl wears a dress & hat and the other small boy is in uniform. The men's clothes have various adornments, and each wear headdresses, including one in a full length feathered headdress. Several of the men hold drums and other instruments. Note from unidentified source: These members of the Salish Tribes were photographed at Fort Spokane in 1883.
