Handwritten on negative jacket: July 13, 1928. 18317. Brownie the Hold-Up Bear. Longmire Springs on stump and two cubs. This bear had three cubs, one was in the brush licking up the honey and would not pose for me. The color of the cubs were black, brown and blond. Just a color phase of the blackbear.
