Handwritten on negative jacket: July 4, 1938. Ginkgo Petrified Forest. Trails & museum, old museum. The petrified trees are in the hillside above museum and are covered with heavy wire screws. The trees are inclined on a 45 degree angle.

Lindsley's notes indicate that this is the "Ginkgo State Park Museum on State Hiway #7."
