| Notes | The Dougherty is a historical farmstead located at NE Cherry Valley Road, Duvall. The wooden frame house, built in 1888, has been restored. Farmhouse, outbuildings and barn are some of the oldest standing structures in the Snoqualmie River valley. The farmstead was designated an historic site in 1983. |
