| Notes | This building was originally constructed as a hotel by speculators hoping that a race track would be built in Kent. After sitting vacant for some time, it was purchased by the Pacific Coast Condensed Milk Company in 1889, and converted into a dreamery. The building later became Kent Hardware and is now known as the Creamery block. |
