| Notes | A hobby farm built by Frederick Spencer Stimson in 1910, near Woodinville, Hollywood Farm became a model of scientific dairy management. Stimson later diversified his model farm, raising swine and poultry and growing produce in industrial-sized greenhouses said to be the most modern west of the Mississippi. |
