NotesThis two-piece suitcase made of woven willow whips was used by Sen (Iwasaka) Maekawa when she immigrated to the United States as a picture bride in 1910. The number and name were applied in 1942 when the family was evacuated from Auburn to the Pinedale Detention Camp.
