Moss, of E. 2728-35th St., Spokane, upon his being presented a Department of Agriculture superior service Honor Award in ceremonies in Washington, D.C., May 17. Mr. Moss was honored for 'highly' significant contributions to forestry through pioneering the development and use of antifungal antibiotics to control white pine blister rust. Mr. Moss was accompanied on a visit to Senator Jackson's office by his wife; his son, Gary, 12, and his daughter, Mrs. Barbara Wardsworth who is en route to England where her husband, David, an Air Force staff sergeant, has been assigned to duty with the American Embassy
