It
was
begun
in
1906
and
reorganized
by
Paul
S.
MacMichael
in
1913.
The
plant
produced
high
quality
architectural
terra
cotta.
It
was
purchased
by the
Gladding
McBean
Company
in
1925.
It
closed
in
1932.
