| Caption | Remo Borracchini's father started the bakery in his basement in 1922, and he supplied many of the Italian families and groceries in the neighborhood with bread. Remo began working in his family's bakery business in 1935, when he was 5 years old. He took over the business in the 1950s, and today Borracchini's is known as one of the best Italian bakeries in Seattle. |
