| Notes | Liberty Park was acquired in 1914 from the Sartori Estate. It was first known as City Park until sometime during World War I. Toward the end of the twentieth century a new city hall and public library were built in the park [source of note: Morda C. Slauson. Renton: From Coal to Jets].
