CaptionThis photo shows Great Northern Railway 0-8-0 steam locomotive #881 switching railroad cars along Railroad Avenue at Bell Street Pier. The #881 was originally built by Brooks locomotive in 1903 as a class F9 2-8-0 consolidation. It was rebuilt as a class C3 0-8-0.
