| Caption | First held in 1932, all-city high school dances were sponsored by the P.T.A., the Seattle Public Schools, and the Seattle Park Department. The dances were held at the Civic Auditorium, and attendance frequently topped 1500. They ended in 1960 when the Civic Auditorium was converted to the Opera House. |
