Handwritten on verso: News - 1972. Sail over Steam, Rules of the Road. Josef Scaylea. Sailboats held their course, Skipper of Tanker forced to make a 360-degree turn at the last moment to avoid collision. A tanker is forced to give way to sailboats. This was the talk of the week on the waterfront.
