|Caption||In 1941, Marjorie Lew Kay founded Seattle's first Chinese Girl Scout troop at the Chinese Baptist Church. On September 5, 1947, the troop added thirteen new members. After the candle-lighting ceremony, the girls entertained their parents and guests with a program of music and dancing in the church social hall.|
