| Caption | During the first quarter of the twentieth century, several multi-storied apartment buildings were constructed, especially on First Hill, Capitol Hill, and Queen Anne Hill. The Marlborough Apartments at 1220 Boren Avenue on Seattle's First Hill is a good example of the luxury apartment building of the time. The architect was Earl W. Morrison. |
