CaptionGolf was not commonly played by women in the late 1920s, although women's events at the Seattle Golf Club received significant attention from both a social and sporting standpoint. In this 1929 photograph, Wilmaglen Paddock is playing golf on a misty fall morning wearing a pleated skirt which was standard golf attire for woman of this era.
