Fortuna was a passenger steamer built at Anderson Steamboat yard for Captain Anderson and the Seattle Street Railway Company. It was placed into service on Lake Washington in 1906. The steamer was re-built as an automobile ferry in her later years and remained in service on Lake Washington until 1938 when the floating bridge was completed [Puget Sound Maritime Historical Society Note].
