Note from EHC records: NE 8th & 104th. Lakeside Center was built in 1929 by James Ditty.

Additional information from EHC files: Mark and Margaret Larkin were pioneer store owners in Bellevue in the 1940's.

They owned Larkin's Variety Store, located in the Ditty Building for 20 years.

Also, operated another Larkin's Variety Store in Redmond for four years during WWII.
