| Caption | Charles Harvey and his wife Eva Ellis Harvey moved to Seattle in 1887, two years before Washington became a state. They first lived in the Denny Regrade area and later built a house on 29th Avenue East. They had eight children. Charles owned a construction company. Charles and Eva are shown here with five of their six living children, along with their daughter-in-law and their first grandchild, Bonita. |
