CaptionIrene Harvey Alexander was the wife of Chief Steward Ernest Alexander, who was stationed at Sand Point Naval Air Station during World War II. She worked in the joiner shop tool room, which dealt with the construction of doors, windows, and so on. They were the parents of Dorothy, Juanita, Donald, and Jacqueline Alexander.
