| Binding | Bound in contemporary full leather binding, tooled in blind in a Koberger style on wooden boards.
Rebacked in the 20th century by the donor, Walter B. Beals, who created the leather headbands and replaced the endsheets. Book was resewn; sewing pattern undetermined.
Front and back cover are different tooling patterns.
Original brass clasps with alum-tawed pigskin strap hinges; one connecting clasp missing.
