Headbands sewn on vellum thongs laced through the board.
Covers severely warped: previous owner has punched 2 holes through each cover in an attempt to lace boards down to prevent warpage. Holes evident in covers. Lacing material no longer extant.
All edges trimmed.
Each page appears to have been folded and pasted into an earlier binding structure as a folded plate. |
