The volume was edited by Ellis, but 'by an oversight the names of author, editor, and artist were omitted from the colophon.
12 illustrations designed by Arthur J. Gaskin on a4 verso (facing p.1), b2 verso (p.4), b7 verso(p.14), c2 verso (p.20), c6 verso (p.28), d4 verso (p.40), d7 verso (p.46), e4 verso (p.56), e8 verso (p.64), f5 verso (p.74), f8 verso (p.80), and g5 verso (p.90).
Illustrations were printed from process blocks made by Emery Walker's firm, Walker & Bougall.
