ContentThe first Bible from the famous press of Nicolas Jenson, the French printer from whose Venetian press came nearly a hundred of the finest books produced in the fifteenth century. When Jenson issued a second edition of the Latin Bible, in 1479, Pope Sixtus IV conferred upon him the honorary title of Count Palatine. Two columns.
